Advice on:

Anxiety, Depression, Worries and Bereavement

  • Who to see: GP, ANP or Mental Health Nurse.

Drug and Alcohol Problems

  • Who to see: Substance Misuse Nurse.

Sexual Health

  • Who to see: GP or ANP.

Blood Borne Virus Team

The BBV team holds regular clinics at Health E1. Please enquire at reception or ask Reception a Question online for more information.

Blood Pressure Check

  • Who to see: GP, ANP or HCA.

If you have been advised by the surgery to submit your blood pressure readings on a regular basis, please complete the Blood Pressure Review form.

Blood Tests

  • Who to see: HCA.

Cervical Smears

  • Who to see: ANP.

Dressings, Removal of Stitches

  • Who to see: ANP, HCA.

General Health

  • Who to see: Health Visitors (telephone: 020 8144 8993), Baby Clinic, Nurse.

Family Planning Advice, Contraception, Morning After Pill, Condoms

  • Who to see: GP or ANP.

If you have been advised by the surgery to submit a contraceptive pill review, please complete the Contraceptive Pill Review form.

Flu and Pneumonia Vaccinations

  • Who to see: GP or ANP.

HIV or Sexually Transmitted Diseases

  • Who to see: GP or ANP.

Home Visits

If you are unable to attend the surgery please call on 020 7247 0090 as soon as possible and the duty clinician will call you back.

Long Term Conditions

  • Who to see: GP, ANP, HCA.

If you have several long term conditions we can synchronise your review appointments so that you make a minimum number of visits to the surgery. Please fill out the Long Term Condition Synchronisation form to request your synchronisation.

Mental Health

  • Who to see: All Clinicians.

Our mental health nurse holds a walk-in clinic on Monday and Thursday afternoon from 14:00 – 15:30 (limited availability). Appointments can be booked on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Non-English Speaking Patients

We have access to language shop for telephone interpreting. We can also book face to face interpreters for booked appointments.

Psychologist

This requires a referral from a Health E1 clinician. Please ask for details.

Repeat Prescriptions

Order through reception. Please allow 2 working days for your prescription to be ready and note that we do not take requests over the phone. Visit the Prescriptions page for more information.

Smoking Cessation Clinic

  • When: Wednesday Afternoon.
  • Who to see: Smoking Cessation Advisor.

If you have been advised by the surgery to submit a smoking review on a regular basis, please complete the Smoking Review form.

Social Prescribing Service

  • When: Monday and Wednesday mornings.
  • Who to see: Social Prescriber.

Substance Misuse Clinics

After completing an assessment process you will be allocated a keyworker and given an appointment.

Suggestions and Complaints

  • Who to see: Practice Administration Manager.

Travel Advice and Vaccinations

  • Who to see: ANP.

If you are travelling abroad please make sure you complete the Travel Risk Assessment form in plenty of time to arrange any vaccinations that may be necessary.
